HÔTEL du PARC HANOÏ is taking steps to protect the health and safety of our guests and community. For the most timely information, please refer to the guidelines below:


■ Public space initiatives
・Disinfectant stations installed (Sodium Hypochlorite)
Disinfectants are installed at all entrances, restaurants & bar, banquet entrances and restrooms.
We strive for an environment where customers can easily disinfect their hands.
・ In-house disinfection
Door knobs, doors, elevator buttons, restroom doors, etc. will be regularly disinfected throughout the day.
Disinfection with sodium hypochlorite is performed about once an hour.
・ Installation of a infrared-thermometer at the entrance
We will be checking and monitoring the temperature of guests attending weddings, banquets, and restaurants.
・ Ventilation at banquet
Regular ventilation of banquets will be performed after every event.
・ We have stopped offering buffet & semi-buffet style meals. (Excluding banquets)
In order to prevent vector transmission (indirect droplet transmission)
All food and beverage service will be delivered by a staff member.


■ Employee initiatives
・ All employees conduct a temperature measurement daily prior to leaving their residence and thoroughly check their physical condition (vomiting, diarrhea, fever) before making their way to work.
・ All employees are instructed to wash hands, gargle and disinfect fingers once an hour.
・ All employees are prohibited from non-essential travel.
・ Traveling abroad is prohibited.
・ Entry of facilities and areas with high risk of infection are prohibited.
・ Employees with poor physical condition or employees who may be infected with coronavirus are prohibited from going to work.
(The same rules apply to all families of employees as well)


■ Requests to customers
・ We ask for your cooperation in hand disinfection when visiting the facility so that customers can use our facility with a peace of mind.
・ We sincerely ask for your cooperation and understanding during this difficult time.
We kindly ask that you refrain from entering HÔTEL du PARC HANOÏ if you suspect that you or someone you know may be infected with COVID-19.
・ If you feel you have symptoms such as a fever or cough, please contact the nearest staff member.
