With 20 years of experience in Japanese culinary, Chef Terado has penetrated Omotenashi – selfless service from the heart and demonstrated the philosophy through elegant cooking with refining skills, as well as personally taken care of each guest with warmth & respect. Each dish will be meticulously prepared, exquisitely served to express the finest balance between flavor, texture, color & appearance.
Chef Terado will deliver a whole new experience for guests with Omakase – a form of traditional Japanese fine dining in which guests leave themselves in the hands of a chef and receive a meal which is seasonal, elegant, artistic and uses the finest ingredients available.
