Located on the second floor of Hôtel du Parc Hanoï, AZABU offers a refined dining experience featuring traditional Japanese course menus and à la carte selections. The highlight is our Omakase course, crafted by Executive Chef Toshihide Terado, who was part of the team that earned the Michelin star at AZABU New York.
